Tom Linskey
Heading up the team is the Owner/Operator of the ELGCC.

As a golf professional who has been in the industry for over 40 years, Tom brings an immeasurable teaching and managerial background with him. Since he finished playing the Tour himself he has owned and managed various golf courses and driving ranges throughout NSW and QLD and has a keen eye for employing teaching staff who really know how to teach. Tom has spent his career helping golfers from beginners to touring professionals producing many champions along the way. He led the Italian Squad as National Coach during the 1980's and has seen and solved every swing problem imaginable. His main Professional successes were the Italians, Costantino Rocca and Alberto Binaghi (now National Coach and responsible for Matteo Manassero and the Molinari brothers), Gabriel Hjertstedt from Sweden, Andre Stolz and Colin Bishop from Australia. His pupils have also won numerous Amateur Championships including both French and Italian titles as well as Gabriel’s part in the Swedish Team’s win of the Eisenhower Trophy.
A no-nonsense approach coupled with a thorough understanding of the golf swing, together with a long teaching history makes Tom a masterful instructor for any golfing enthusiast.

Josh Smith
Having completed his traineeship at Twin Waters and Logan, Josh went on to be the Head Professional at Riverlakes Golf Course in Brisbane. After several years there he decided that teaching was more his passion. So impressive are his skills as an instructor, that Tom Linskey invited him to co-host his Australian Golf Schools events in Australia and Italy with him. Along with this Josh has had experience playing throughout Asia and Australia. Josh has assisted many of his Professional peers with their golf games, but is equally as comfortable helping beginners, kids, ladies and gents.
His area of expertise is clearly in the realm of short game, and anyone wishing to sharpen their edge in this department should seek him out for his help.

Terry Adcock
A golf professional with over 40 years in the golf industry, from owning and running pro shops, driving ranges in several countries to playing the pro tour both in Australia and Internationally with varying degrees of success. His best finish being a third place in the Australian PGA Championships. Terry's teaching philosophy is to always keep it simple, believing that every golfer is different so there is amethod to suit evey golfer thought not the same for all. He has coached golf around the world in countries such as, PNG, USA, NZ, Europe, China, Malaysia and of course here in Australia.
This then gives him the necessary experience to help golfers of all levels. he has also coached both national and provincial teams and is highly sought after as a short game specialist.

Nancy Harvey
Canadian- born Professional Nancy Harvey has recently retired from a remarkable 20 year career on the US LPGA Tour. She has been a frequent visitor to Australian shores as a contestant in the Ladies Masters and Women's Australian Open events, and is qualified to compete again this year.Nancy's background included a 10 year period where she managed the busiest golf course in the city of Mesa, AZ. She has been teaching golf since 1985 and has had face to face access to some of the most cutting edge teachers on the planet. Already Nancy has established herself as a teacher of incredible knowledge, one who matches that skill with an uncanny ability to truly communicate the message to her students.
This friendly and relaxed golf professional is a great asset to the team at Emerald Lakes, with her occasional Tour stories to share after your lesson, plus the advantage of teaching from the 'female' perspective, Nancy brings a whole new world of golf to the Gold Coast.

Gary Wright
Gary Wright has had a long and distinguished career as a Professional Golfer. He has been an outstanding player since winning the Qld Schoolboys Championship in 1964. During his professional playing career he won tournaments all over Australia and has continued that since joining the Senior PGA circuit with the highlight being competing in the Senior British Open Championship at Royal Portrush in 2004. As a coach he is sought out by many of the top Tour Pro's as a result of his association with Ian Baker-Finch who actually did his PGA Traineeship under Gary at Gympie Golf Club.
Just for something different he was also in the Guiness Book of Records for the fastest round of golf ever played according to R&A rules - a fantastic 28.09 minutes at Tewantin-Noosa GC in 1980. Another thing, in 1967 Gary scored 4 eagles in the space of 8 holes at Keperra Golf Club - the last three being on consecutive holes.

Dale Walsh
Dale turned professional in 1991 and has vast international playing experience having won the 1994 Papua New Guinea Open and twice played in the Gene Sarazen World Golf Championships in Atlanta, USA. Dale has played with many great international players such as multiple major winners Retief Goosen and Angel Cabrera.
Dale was the Head Teaching Professional at Palm Meadows Resort on the Gold Coast before moving to the role of Coaching Director of the Australian Advanced Academy of Golf. Dale is available for private tuition, corporate golf days and on-course playing lessons.
